Nola at Moncler
i am a man of modest budget. i own a small business, it makes a fair profit and nothing more, which is no small part thanks to the team of employees who dedicate themselves to its success. when i am making a luxury purchase it is a considered decision, a meaningful expense, and to be simple about it, a big deal to me.
las vegas has no shortage of luxury shops, even multiple moncler locations. for some buyers there are many choices for jackets. yet, for a man of my height and build, moncler is truly the only option that fits, no matter the budget.
anyone can put a high price on a jacket and call it luxury. when Nola greeted me i was dressed shabbily, surely not immediately giving off the impression of having any money to afford the goods in a moncler shop. she treated me well, not only that, she treated me better than any salesman i had met to that point or have met since. there was a jacket she found for me, though it was not in my size. she made phone calls to friends at other locations and within a short few days it was delivered to the forum shop and i was leaving a satisfied customer with a jacket i know i only bought since Nola worked the good relationships she had with other locations.
every interaction matters. in the intervening months i bought a number of perfumes as gifts for passing flirtations. small purchases, mostly under one hundred dollars, yet, one time while in there for perfume only i left with new footwear that Nola picked out and suggested would solve a problem i was facing in adapting to the pool culture in las vegas. i can say even though i did not know i wanted them when i walked in, i surely felt that way when i walked out with them.
finally, god lay in the details. i was looking for a winter jacket and a moncler salesman who did not know me was preparing to show me a jacket that had moncler written in large font on the hood. Nola interrupted him, stated my preference was for less obvious displays of luxury, and showed me the classic maya with its diminutive moncler sleeve logo. my visit was unannounced, which leads me to believe Nola remembered my preference from 6 months prior out of sheer capacity for focus on customers and their styles. i bought that jacket recently and while my timing demands were high she suggested she could arrange faster delivery if i purchased from new york, which could mean a sacrifice to her commission. whether that is the case or not, i do not know, yet, i was astonished by her willingness to meet my needs even at expense of her commission; ultimately i bought the coat from her within weeks during my next visit to las vegas.
in summary, quality matters. in my own business i wish for an employee like Nola, one who demonstrates an attention to detail, a willingness to sacrifice personal gain to keep a customer, and ultimately close a sale with an uncompromising approach to service. i return time-and-time again knowing that she is ready to support my next purchase, i now refer my friends exclusively to moncler at the forum shops because of her, and above all, i recommend Nola for a promotion.
